Boo & Brew is a cozy yet frantic 2.5D top-down time-attack game where you play as a bunny🐰 running a magical forest drink stall for wandering spirits. Your goal is to Brew and serve as many drinks as possible before time runs out, while also keeping pesky ghosts at bay!

Watch out! Ghosts scare your customers and raise the Spook Meter. The higher it goes, the fewer spirits will visit your cozy midnight café. Use your souls (earned from satisfied spirits) wisely to summon helpful Magic Kettles that patrol and ward off ghosts automatically.

Can you keep the spirits happy, the ghosts away, and your brew business booming before the night ends?

About The Live 2 Dev Game Jam

Boo & Brew was created during the Live 2 Day Game Jam, with the theme "Cost". We interpreted the theme as a time-cost management challenge, where players must carefully balance how they spend their limited time, brewing drinks, serving spirits, fending off ghosts, and deciding when to use their precious souls for special abilities.

How to Play

Welcome to Boo & Brew!

From 12 AM to 6 AM, your job is to serve drinks to wandering spirits and collect as many souls as you can before dawn.

But beware! There are mischievous ghosts that will try to scare your customers and raise the Spook Meter. The higher it gets, the fewer spirits will visit your stall.

You can chase away ghosts by getting close to them

Or spend your souls to summon Magic Kettles that patrol the area and help you banish ghosts automatically.

Keep the spirits happy, the ghosts away, and your soul jar full before sunrise!
